"Gentry
X" - Sci-Fi Adventure Series
Type of Project -
Proposed TV or Cable Series Length - 30-60

Whatifproductions.biz is
currently working with Writer/Creator Jon Bono (
goldenflowernetwork.com), Executive Producer Kenny Dixon
of Warner Bros/Telepictures, and Ron Frank Productions,
to produce a promo pilot called "Gentry X"- a
Sci-Adventure Series of
a New X-Files & Quantum Leap all rolled into one!
PREMISE : an enigmatic,
brilliant young scientist with the moniker of 'Gentry
X', and his esoteric science colleagues called
T.E.S.L.A. (after famed electronics
genius, Nikola Tesla) selectively accept assignments
from a clandestine owner of an international security
agency. Based on real characters and events in the
privately published, Phase Lock, The
Autobiography of A Psychic Spy, this
series is written for the informed generation of smart
viewers with a bent toward the unknown, the unexplained,
a touch of ‘conspiracy theory, and the wide beyond. This
bold cyber-generation series questions authority, and
fearlessly seeks the truth wherever it may take them.
Whatifproductions' Stan
Freitag will be directing the debut pilot presentation.
The promotional pilot
presentation in in pre-production. Production will most
likely begin in September 2008 in Los Angeles.

"Ghostalkers"
- Ghost Hunting Reality Show
Type
of Project:
Reality Show and Dramatic re-enactment of
“Ghosthunter” teams investigating paranormal activity
and hauntings.
Length:
30-60 minute episodes.
Whatifproductions.biz is currently producing
Ghostalkers,
a show
that follows the spirit-chasing, scientific-minded
format that been quite successful on the Sci-Fi ,
Discovery, E!, and Travel channels. Ghostalkers
most resembles shows like T.A.P.S., (Ghost
Hunters), who arrive at the site with the intent to
debunk the alleged haunting, using scientific theories
and techniques to determine their findings.
Ghostalkers
always starts with an interview from a client in need of
the team’s expertise and technical support to find,
confront and record any and all entities that may, or
may not reside at the client’s location. Then the show
provides a more in-depth analysis of the history of the
event, coupled with dramatic reenactments that are not
present on T.A.P.S. The investigation team employs the
usual arsenal of ghost-detecting equipment, and, of
course, the thermal, infrared, and night-vision
cameras. From here the narrative of Ghostalkers is a
simple one, like a CSI case, the investigators descend
onto the site where they are given the tour and are
subjected to the various witnesses of the alleged
phenomenon. Then…the Ghostalkers go to work. First, the
various photographic equipment is set up and
synchronized with the ‘hot spots’ that are revealed from
the witness and historical accounts. Once this is
accomplished, only one thing matters now… the hunt.
It
should be noted that Whatifproductions.biz presents a
reality show that has the potential to branch out and
explore dozens of both known and unknown haunted
locations through the world, and then branch out into
other
paranormal activity, such as extraterrestrials,
sasquatch, curses, the chupacabra, voodoo, alternate
dimensions,
skin
walkers and the ouije board.
Perhaps Ghostalkers could be described as
T.A.P.S. meets The X-Files,
meets
In Search Of…with a healthy dose of The Blair
Witch Project.
The Elks Club Promotional Trailer

Check it out and see. The Ghostalkers investigated the
Elks Club Lodge in
October 2007. This 10
minute promotional trailer will give you a taste of what
happened to these investigators.
Join us in our
investigation of the unknown. Currently being pitched
to Warner Brothers and other companies
as part of a new reality
series. The full version pliot was released April 2008
and is available by contacting our company.
What occurred during our
investigation is still uncertain.....as we say in the
ghost biz...

The
Magic Tree - Children's Show
Type of Show:
Children’s Educational Show for TV/Cable or
DVD series
Length of Show:
30 minutes episode
The Magic Tree
is a concept that embraces the notion that
children, in their unlimited capacity for
imaginative creativity, could take a simple
play-time premise, like an undersea
adventure, or a puppet-hosted tea party, and
transform it into an entertaining exercise
in production skills and storytelling.
Or, to put it
simply, a show by kids for kids, which
starts with a bored or inactive child that
embarks on an adventure that he/she wishes
to explore and upon entering the Magic Tree,
the child then spins around, generating an
inspirational brainstorm, which then becomes
an educational/entertaining portal which
then leads to all the informative research
that books, pictures, and web-sites have to
offer. A medley of images, facts, and
revealing research that urge the child to
begin sketching and sculpting the world they
wish to experience. This then evolves into
the final phase of the show, the
presentation of either a gallery of
multi-media artwork, a live performance
piece, or a short film that the previously
bored child shares with his or her friends
and pets.

"The Haunting of Dolly Farm Lane"
An
independent short film written and
conceptualized by Artistic Director
Stan Freitag. This project is in the
pre-production phases and is ready
for full production. Stan's love
of the supernatural and horror
genre' comes to life in this tale of
murder, angry spirits and
werewolves.

A proposed satirical and

extensive miniature unit. Our company is in the
pre-production and promotional production of a
series of comical/satirical shorts. Our Art
Director's love for miniatures and animation and our
Technical Director's interest in political and
social satire make up the tales in this adventurous
world...

"Who Knows" Promotional Music
Video -
Production began
in May 07 for an audio demo CD and music video
by local northwest artist Rasheed. Rasheed, also
known by the stage name "Tonic Smoke", takes us
on a sorrowful journey with the loss of a loved
one. A 3 minute low budget promotional music
video based on his original song "Who Knows" was
produced and directed by Stan Freitag and Brian
Heater of Whatifproductions.biz. Audio
Recording and Engineeering was done in May 07 by
Brian M. Heater.

Full Circle Schools Project - Video
Promotional Trailer
Whatifproductions.biz
produced in August 07 a promotional
4 minute educational trailer
focusing on a hands-on environmental
educational program, called "Full
Circle Schools Program". This
program is for young students and
was developed by Lomakatsi
Restoration Group. This project was
produced to the internet and DVD.
The project explores and explains
this positive youth program which is
currently being utilized in Southern
Oregon. Whatifproductions.biz and
Lomakatsi are seeking additional
funds to produce a more through and
complete educational video.

"Conversations"
An award winning
independent short. Whatifproductions.biz Art
Director Stan Freitag provided all the
conceptual designs and storyboards as well as
animatics. Stan also worked on this project
with Mark Koivu from Dynamic FX, who did special
effects work on the Matrix Trilogy, Die Hard and
Final Destination Films. Written and directed by
Ben Rock who wrote and directed the Blair Witch
documentary, " The Berketsville Seven"

"Lomakatsi
Restoration Project"
This documentary
film produced, edited and directed by What
If..?'s Brian Heater, was an
educational/promotional video for the southern
Oregon forest restoration group, Lomakatsi
Restoration Project. This 40 minute documentary
features interviews from a variety of experts
and follows in the field the hands-on
environmental work done by this organization.

"Strawberry
Fields Whatever"
Written and
Directed by Stan Freitag for children's theater.
This short one-act play was part of Stan's
educational interest in helping children in
theater. This play was performed by a group of
local children at the Cascade Performing Arts
Center in Lebanon, Oregon.

" Life in
Balance"
A short
educational documentary produced, edited and
directed by Whatifproductions.biz producer Brian
Heater. This educational video was produced for
Mid-Valley Behavioral Network, an Oregon mental
health organization. The focus was to educate
young people about mental health and featured
interviews with youth and adults that had gone
through a mental health crisis and how they
found help. This film was used extensively in
high schools throughout the Northwest.

"Le'Superficiales"
Whatifproductions.biz producer Stan Freitag
appeared as an actor in this film and also
developed all conceptual art designs,
storyboards and animatics for Peter Alton's
independent short. This French comedy has won
several awards and appeared on HBO France.

"Crime Scene"
Crime Scene is
one of the longest running late-night
sketch-comedy shows in Los Angeles. Created and
performed by the Sacred Fools Theatre Company.
Whatifproductions.biz producer Stan Frietag
functioned for several years as an actor,
writer, prop and costume designer.

Violence"
A video short
produced, edited and directed by
Whatifproduction.biz producer Brian Heater. A
short symbolic piece with music only. It
explores violence in our youth and the possible
influences of the media.

"Russian
Roulette"
This pilot
episode was brought to life on the LA Sony
Studio lot for the gameshow network, with the
creative assistance of Stan Freitag, who acted
as conceptual artist, storyboard artist, set
designer and model builder. Stan also acted as
the temporary host while creator Gunnar
Wettenburg pitched the show to the networks. It
was eventually bought and produced by Columbia
Tri-Star's Game Show Network.

"Uncle Vanya"
As an actor Stan
Freitag most recently appeared as Astrov in
Anton Chekhov's production of "Uncle Vanya".
The play was produced at the Century City
Playhouse in Los Angeles. Co-starring as Stan's
love interest in the play was "Desperate
Housewives" Brenda Strong.
